Next month, we will not be eaten by holidays (we hope) since November cruelly sapped all the fucks that we wanted to give this month.

SHORT EDITION: This piece of shit is a wanted man for being a shit ever since his home got taken over by aliens. He's the leader of an anti-government organization back home and causes up some trouble sometimes.
Katsura can be pretty illogical and stupid, even though he got excellent grades in samurai school back when times were less complicated, and seems to never be joking over the dumbest shit.
um other than that, he's more than likely a closet furry and has a thing for widowed women and bombing the police.

- If you like 4th walling and references, his series thrives on it.
- If you want to CR with a comedic, yet odd character.
- If you like historic things, he's taken from a world set in the Edo period.
