Fuyuhiko is the heir to the Kuzuryuu yakuza syndicate and he's visually impaired what with the eyepatch and all. He's pretty socially impaired too though, let's not kid ourselves. Impairments all around with this one

That and I kind of live for heir puns, my main muse before this asshole was John Egbert from Homestuck and the number of heir pun usernames I had for him was kind of ridiculous.
