First off your Blackquill is perfect and you have nailed many of his mannerisms and speech down! He's frightening and intimidating yet he's a bird nerd and a samurai nerd and just a weeb in general. Aura's most important relationship in her life is arguably that with Simon, considering the extent that she goes to save him - and I just love the way that's developed over time. They're both prickly and bad at being honest with each other but at the same time they've got a real deep understanding of how the other works.
