Ayumu => Yata

Oh… man. Yata is hilarious and entertaining.

As someone who grew up being rejected by people, Ayumu didn't exactly have many friends. Being befriended by Yata right after their first meeting was something very new to him! And because Ayumu has grown up to be a cynical person, he just sees Yata as a big idiot. Ayumu knows he means well, but he's still a big idiot! If Yata knew the kind of shitstain Ayumu is, then he wouldn't want to be friends with him anymore. Calling someone a friend that quickly is stupid, Yata!!

But, yeah, Ayumu finds him entertaining because Yata just has so much energy and he seems to be a very genuine guy. Yata is easy to read, and whether it's unintentional or not, he's very upfront with his feelings too. Ayumu can tell that he's a loyal friend, which is nice in itself, but when you're Ayumu, you can't really trust people like those!!

Yata reminds Ayumu of someone from home, with the dumb stuff he says and crazy shenanigans he comes up with. It's not so bad because Ayumu at least knows how to deal with this kind of person. But this person was also the one Ayumu trusted the most, and they ended up betraying him. :') The wound is still very fresh and stings a lot, which is why he's very wary of Yata. He doesn't necessarily doubt Yata's sincerity, but he doesn't want to get attached to Yata at all, because of it. And that's kind of why Ayumu was pretty upset when Yata jumped out a window and never came back.

Most of what Yata has seen of Ayumu are acts, because… really. Ayumu won't be showing or telling anybody what he is, or who he is any time soon. He does find the times when Yata is around to be fun because he just has so much personality. Like I said, he finds Yata to be entertaining more than anything else. Frankly, he's the kind of person that Ayumu would instantly push away. But since Ayumu doesn't want to be himself, he's keeping Yata around because he might actually use his companionship some time in the future.

There's really a lot of potential for these two guys to be good friends. Ayumu just needs to get punched in the feels someday!
