Work Ethic:
if anything here, England loves tea. he knows a lot about it already and will be able to learn about the product. whether he's a good waiter or not depends on the customer (or on how he's feeling that day). he can be snippy and sarcastic, and is not afraid to insult customers if they are rude to him. the thing is, England is used to being in a position of power. he's usually working with the government or even side by side with his monarch, so being a waiter does not appeal to him. he believes it is beneath him.

if he does manage to get past the snark, England could be a hard worker, because he needs the money. so, yes. he'll do the job if it benefits him in some way. he probably won't hold this job for very long with this attitude wow...
