Work Ethic:
Delita doesn't do much, but he follows rules and regulations almost to the letter. There's pretty much no indication that you could get away with anything on his watch. He's not unfriendly, but he's not like HEY BUDDY! :D :D either.

Looking for any particular CR here?:
Delita will need people to talk to him outside of work, whether that be trying to get away with stuff (just because he plays the part of being a really hard worker does not mean he wouldn't fake it... for the right reasons) or just because they think Mr. Security Guard should do something that isn't "frown slightly at everyone".

IN THIS HYPOTHETICAL SCENARIO it would depend on what they were trying to do, and if they talked about it beforehand, and if he knew them

he probably would not trust america enough to just break into the labs without saying something beforehand, but if he had a good enough reason/explanation and brought it up before he might be willing to!
