Work Ethic:
Kaoru is pretty much the model employee! Always punctual, helping out without being asked to whenever there's a problem that needs taking care of, covering people during rushes, handling any rough or picky customers with an endless well of patience, etc. He's very helpful wherever he can be, especially to fellow coworkers, and will be willing to pick up shifts and do favors. He's also an excellent conversationalist and knows his way around the products by now, so he'll be able to help pretty much anyone who comes in as a customer, too.

THAT SAID, coworkers will probably find him a little distant. He's definitely one of those employees who, despite being pleasant and friendly while on the job, doesn't give away anything personal and doesn't go out of his way to spend time with anyone after work. Trying to contact him without looking him up in the name directory will also be a little difficult, since he doesn't give out his number freely and will rarely give his address either.

Looking for any particular CR here?: I'M UP FOR ANYTHING. Customers who need help selecting their products, fellow coworkers to sales push with, etc. Kaoru also does makeup on request both in and out of the store, so if your character ever needs to be dolled up for a special occasion HE WILL BE THERE.
