What's unfortunate is that Zoro kind of doesn't like Angelo. Sure, he helped him out bigtime that one night with that bounty, but beyond that, they've never had a conversation that didn't end with eye-rolling and snark. Granted, there's some things about Angelo that are too much like Sanji, but at least Sanji gets the crewmate pass - Zoro doesn't usually put up with things from other people when he doesn't have the crewmate bond to fall back on. So their CR is really weird - it's not wholly negative but it's not rivalry, it's mostly putting up with things for the sake of a job he doesn't really want.
Seriously Mei, you are his Mitsunari substitute. Intelligent strategist who knows how to do the dirty work that other more noble tacticians are too squeamish to pull off? Can hold his own in a snarkfest? Has excellent taste in food and aesthetics? How could they not be friends?
On the other hand, Zihuan is still in the mindset of being Lord of Wei so there's this very thin line of status blocking them from being equal friends, but if he spends long enough in this world where status doesn't mean shit, it might erode and they could be genuine friends. He doesn't have a lot of those, you know.
I know, and I think that they might be able to find an accord on some level since Koumei is the one who was originally destined to stand as Emperor once the war is won. Plot happens, etc, and that never comes to pass-- but their ranks really are analogous in different ways.
Besides, who else are they going to share tea and bao with?
True! It's bound to happen sooner or later, Cao Pi just has to get over himself. He's got such habitual treatment of his underlings ingrained in him, he can't help it. It takes him a while to warm up but when he does they'll probably be pretty tight pals.
Zoro thinks Yusuke's pretty cool for a kid. Geez, are they seriously more than 5 years apart? Eh, he's old enough to kick ass and take names, that makes him old enough in Zoro's book. He'll hang out and fight alongside Yusuke any day, but still take the piss out of him for his spirit-bird because it's funny. He can tell, if he uses his haki, that there's some sort of vague sense of extra power somewhere deep down in there, so as much as he teases, he's sort of aware that if shit went down Yusuke would either make his worst enemy or his best ally. A lot of Zoro's respect for a person is tied to a sense of power like that, so hey. There you go.
Cao Pi is pretty sure Togami is intelligent and useful, but he keeps his options open and his actual feelings pretty guarded. It takes him a long time to get to know someone well enough to consider them more than just 'a useful pawn' or 'a likeable sort' but hey, they're off to a good start!
