I have played Togami for probably a couple years now and I played Fukawa for a few months too and somehow in all that time I only managed like ... less than 10 comments of Togami and Fukawa action in fleeting test drives and PSLs

I'M SO VERY DEPRIVED OF THEIR DYSFUNCTION

But yes. Togami in Cerealia is post-DR2 so he has also mellowed out more but that doesn't mean he's NOT a huge douchewaffle. I am entirely willing to communicate how to mutually ruin lives ICly without ruining lives OOC
