October November works for me. Halloween area I get busy because costuming, but if it's early I'm free as a bird usually. If it's going to be later in the month though, then Nov might be better.

BUT AFTER CHECKING yes the gym is in the residential area so near the gardens sounds good. are we going with an outdoor dojo like they did in the old countryside days or do we need to build something?
LMFAO all of us just like where is anything i'm actually not sure. but an outdoor one should be fine considering weather in cerealia is controlled and mild all the time iirc... they could maybe have it largely be an outdoor dojo but have a smaller indoor portion for it too! BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
