Will serve tea and attempt to sell you as many flowers as possible, because money is very important. Miss Vietnam's words are LAW. Personality: Victorian butler who is actually the Archangel Uriel, the Angel of Repentance. He used to torture humans for a living since you know, sinners, heavenly punishment and all that jazz, but then stuff happened, he got demoted, lost one of wings, and now is unexpectedly content with just protecting and pampering young master William (notsolomon ), who became the sun and moon to him. In spite of his buttlerish finesse, he is in fact derpy and socially awkward, not to mention strongly prejudiced against demons. Current Activities: Communing with nature here. He prefers to remain as unconscious as possible when it comes to Ceres, unless William finds himself in danger, in which case his yandere will be fully on. Being the Sun and Earth angel, he finds gardening very relaxing. He is a bit of a nerd and on the bookish side, but has a "minor" gambling problem and is under the impression that alcohol is food, because he is a model angel like that. Seeking: Fellow angels, despicable demons (eww), just completely normal friends or jerks who know how to push his buttons. Gardening partners. Gambling or drinking pals. What if it's someone who has both angels and demons in his head, who eavesdrops on him, stuffs his hands in his pockets, who's not particularly religious and who generally gives confusing pings because of the whole Messiah thing?
It's figurative, figurative! But god, that will probably confuse Cecil to no end because gods in his world are essentially just the collective wills of humanity, so even the Messiah is simply a figure and not that Messiah.
