It's a shame, shame, shame on you

Dog shaming is, of course, when you place signs of your pet's shame beside them to show the world what they have done. So, why not tell the colony about what your best friend or favourite ally or hated enemy has done that earns them the same level of shame? Doesn't matter if they did it here or back home, just write up a sign so that everyone else knows too.
Here's how it works:
1. Post a top level comment for each of your characters.
2. Go forth to other people's comments and shame away.
3. Feel free to try and defend yourself, or pick a few good arguments about what you're being shamed for.
4. Have fun~
5. Profit!

Then is it because you have some animosity concerning the Shinsengumi, or that you have barked at something before?

We used to be on different sides a long time ago. My old man was an outlaw and the Shinsengumi was one of the groups out to get him.
... They took their jobs really seriously.
( And there's a little more to the story but that should be good for now, right? )

Ah yes, I can see now. A strong rivalry. And so you will fight the Shinsengumi swords?
[WAIT A SECOND ISN'T HE LIVING WITH SOME.]

( Those violent Shinsengumi swords. Tsk, tsk. )
We don't really fight as much these days... not like we used to. ( Is more verbal disagreements than OUT TO KILL YOU? ) I guess you could say we kinda get along.
( With some, better than others. )

[Look at them now, putting on clothes and showing off their abs.]
I think I understand. The same goes with us countries too. Yesterday's friend is today's rival, but also tomorrow's friend once more. Time changes things.
[Looks at America. Looks at him deeply.]
