Nikki (Athena and Tadashi) and I are thinking about apping Kagari and Inspector Bowlcut Akane from Psycho-Pass, which is a little bit like Blade Runner as written by Gen Urobuchi after taking too much cough syrup and having an intense fever dream. Or a delightful anime about criminals and their zany, hideous antics and the lovable people who hunt them down like they're animals. Same thing.



Kagari is a criminal that works for the po-po. He likes video games, going after other criminals, and food. He also has a lot of resentment for basically everything the government has done, but he's generally friendly and easy going.



Akane has the bowlcut of power and has the mental resiliency of a superhero. She's a strong independent woman who don't need no man. Also, she's great at her job, never gives you up or lets you down, and is an awesome Inspector all around.

I don't think I've ever written one of these before idk we just want to nerd it up with these nerds.

okay yeah those two definitely added to the whole hot mess that season was. i mean i honestly didn't enjoy PP2 as much as i did with the original, but that's probably because of how rushed it felt and how it didn't give any closure to the questions in S1 but then again PP2 was written by a different person than the original series was so.

i still have high hopes for the movie tbh
