✩ What kind of CR are you hoping to build/future plans?; Anything, really! He still doesn't have much in the way of strong CR sob. That said, due to Seren being a ball of sunshine and friendship, I imagine negative CR would be very hard—he's the type to try and think the best of everyone and spread joy and happiness everywhere even if it kills him, so. If your character wants to join him or is in need of optimism in their life, Seren's your guy.

✩ What kind of CR are you hoping to build/future plans?; AS LAME AS THIS ANSWER IS, EVERYTHING... Belph is a troll so he'd love people he can tease/fool into believing random lies he comes up with—actually, I'm going to point to the first half of Cal's answer for Elcia, because these two are a lot alike, whoops. Genuinely nice people because those are weird, people who can break past his wall of apathy and realize that he's actually a mess, people to banter with, etc. Also, he'll be working as a piano player in the same bar that Tenka is a bartender at!!
