Nope. Not inside the colony anyway. I've yet to find a way to replenish Dust, so I've been using the ammunition that can be found here. Didn't even have to retrofit Crescent Rose to use it, oddly enough. The tech here is kind of weird like that. Similar enough to what we have to get the general concepts... but completely different in execution.
