maybe it isn't what netherlands was waiting for initially, but here's what happens. someone drops a napkin, puts their soda down and doesn't pick it back up, or spills a kernel or two of popcorn while eating a handful on the way into one of the theatres. one of the offences you'd expect a robot to come after you for.
