Except now it's just some random strangely dressed girl during it at a party, which makes it a lot more bothersome.. and more importantly, a lot more embarrassing. Even though he's staring at her, he really does hope none of the people passing by are paying attention to this situation, the last thing he wants is to be put into a spotlight at this party like this of all ways.
It's probably why, after clicking his tongue, he does finally apologize. ]
