Seriously, Archer has such mixed feelings about Sakura. His inner Shirou likes Sakura and thinks she's a great person and is the precious kohai that needs to be protected and all that gross, pukey junk. Unfortunately, the Counter Guardian bits pretty much want her dead since she's an enemy of humanity. Who knows when she might burst into a shadowy goop intent on murdering life as we know it.

So, he mostly wants to keep away from her. He doesn't like these inner battles of regret because he deals with it already with Shirou!!

God forbid the day she accidentally calls him senpai I still don't know how he'd react.
