Shirasu has no strong opinions on Kaoru, other than he feels Kaoru's not quite what he appears. He'd thought that in a "oh, that's interesting" way before the event, but after dealing with Kaoru and Chizuru, Kaoru's more than just "interesting". There is an unconscious affinity because they're both parts of twins. And a faint bit of envy because Kaoru has his twin. He doesn't know Kaoru and Chizuru have a strained relationship, which really wouldn't hurt his opinion any. What would change things -- for the better, to be honest -- is finding out Kaoru's an underhanded shithead. Because so is Shirasu.
The only caveat, of course, is Kaoru's relationship with Tenka. Finding out Kaoru's not really very nice would be a cause for concern (because Tenka's already got an asshole friend) and Shirasu would watch him very carefully. And they'd probably have to have a chat about it. Otherwise, they'd probably like each other.
But for right now, Shirasu is at least humoring the apology Kaoru gave him, and that Kaoru was under the influence of a card. But there is suspicion.

but yes gosh i want this to hAPPEN because Kaoru actually knows that Tenka lived with a person named Shirasu and that he helped raise his little brothers?! But he doesn't know... that Shirasu is Kotarou...... basically i would love it if they could eventually get to a point where they could actually be like sketchy business partners LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN APA. on the plus side, kaoru doesn't have any intention of making tenka miserable... on purpose.... so that would be a good and potentially hilarious conversation.
