Himeko seems like the average girl of the modern era, one that Saber wants to try to learn more from, to be a more normal girl. She's decided to stay in this era (or 2000's Fuyuki w/e) after all, so she would like to be able to understand more about this time she lives in. Someone who's not a magus, or connected with any of this magic business is a treasure trove of information to her.

That said, Saber doesn't have a lot in common with her, making her feel like she's not sure what to say all the time. She doesn't know how to make friends after all. And sometimes Himeko can seem a little...cold? callous? Difficult to work with that makes Saber want to say something, but for the moment she keeps her mouth shut.
