LMFAOSDFJ; I WISH I WAS JOKING BUT I'M.... I'M NOT..... Tenka knows Milla in relation to being Sousei's friend even though he hasn't ever seen them interact. mostly because Tenka thinks that Sousei's in that awkward place where he doesn't realize that recurringly being in the company of people and not minding their company is.... actually friendship. so after talking to Milla, he figures that Milla is pretty much in the same awkward place. but she's not mean-spirited, just a little strange. Tenka doesn't know how to deal with tsuns so he basically just barrels right through them with the same sunshineness that he brings to literally everything else

He's definitely interested in getting to know her more because any friend of Sousei's is obviously a friend of Tenka's too. that's kind of just a given
