But she's surprised that Natalia and Archer are friends. As much as she has problems with Archer, him having a friend who is not her own Master Rin is a big deal to her. Maybe he's not 100% terrible. And that makes her want to know Natalia more.
But she's pretty, and well spoken, and she seems capable enough that Saber thinks highly of her. If Saber needed help with something she would definitely come to Natalia. Well, help with like romantic things maybe. She seems like she would know.

If they were to fight, she'd probably be even more impressed (though maybe weirded out by her choice in armor). I think if she got to know Ryuko more, about her ideals and how she would fight for other people, Saber would really like her, and maybe think of her as a comrade in arms.
Also, she thinks Ryuko is attractive.

better be full of hate

But not really. Because it's hard to hate someone knowing they are a person you love?? She has no problem yelling at Archer, and getting mad at him, and throwing things at him, but the moment he does something nice, and reminds her of Shirou she sorta just doesn't know how to handle it anymore.
Her biggest issue with him is trust. As much as he cooks and cleans and things, it's only growing her trust in him in tiny amounts. He ruined all the trust she might have had before, and it's going to take a lot to fully convince her. Hell, she doesn't even want Rin to be alone with him for...various reasons. Not that she's jealous!
Okay she's a little jealous, because she thinks Rin is fun, which isn't something she's used to at all. The parts of Rin that remind her of FSN Rin make it a lot easier to see that one in this. And so seeing Archer so close to Rin makes Saber nervous.
She does want to reform Archer though. She wants to see him become the man he is supposed to be, the one Shirou wanted to be. So basically she has two idiots to try to whip into shape.

That said, Saber doesn't have a lot in common with her, making her feel like she's not sure what to say all the time. She doesn't know how to make friends after all. And sometimes Himeko can seem a little...cold? callous? Difficult to work with that makes Saber want to say something, but for the moment she keeps her mouth shut.

No, Saber doesn't know what to think about Sakura at all. Everything about her leading up to coming here was just "Shirou's friend." She could see that she cared a lot about Shirou, but for the most part she didn't think to interfere with the two of them. And of course in UBW when Shirou started to be with Rin most, Saber just forgot about Sakura oops.
Now though... she's very conflicted. She feels like she only knows a tiny bit of the story. Archer told her some, Shirou told her some, but not all of it, she's sure of. It's clear that she has to be careful around Sakura, though she's not actually afraid of her or her Servant. She is Saber after all, the strongest around!!
And then there's the fact that she's with Shirou... She wouldn't actually be upset if Shirou was still himself. Saber can't help but think that Sakura did something to him. He is not the same person he was in UBW, and she doesn't know the reason why. There's also her death too of course, that she wonders if Sakura had a part in.
Despite everything, she promised Shirou she would get along with Sakura, and never talk about any magic type stuff with her at all, so it's really difficult to be around Sakura at all knowing she can't ask questions.

Although whether that's really for the best or not is up for debate.......... Time will tell soon enough.
