Ryuko is no weirder than anyone else Sabo's met and her temper is much the same as half of his friends, so he doesn't think strangely about her at all. If anything, she'd fit in to where he lives so well, it would probably surprise her more than anybody else.

He has the same mentality as she does, though he forces himself to at least try to think before acting, first...

Even then, he acts pretty hastily, too. I'm thinking they'll get along well if they do the whole ViViD adventuring thing together and if there's real-world adventuring, too! Sabo's pretty interested in getting to show off his abilities to other people, but he'll want to know if Ryuko's good alliance-material, first!

Sabo thinks Rock Lee is brilliant and likely chats up clients about how interesting he is to help Lee get people to ask him for help. It's entirely likely that Sabo is secretly(not so secretly) going to try and recruit Lee for revolutionary stuff if he finds out he's skilled in that whole 'ninja spy thing' rather than just using handy ninja techniques.

He might also offer to train him in the Dragon Style, too...

but otherwise, Sabo likes arrogance and she wouldn't wear thin on him at all. If anything, seeing her in action would incite him to try and make her into an ally of his. He'll also be the cocky type to try and test her continually and wean her into extreme training programs.

Sabo's a One Piece and One Piece training is borderline suicidal...

Sabo's not really the type to get flustered around pretty ladies, so talking to her is extremely easy. The problem with that is, he'll get frank and quickly, so any illusions of him being charming may fly out the window once he gets casual with somebody.

Otherwise, she's one of the few people he wouldn't torture in training, because he'd feel guilty instantly.
