I mean, Natalia is somewhat special. Sort of. She was the first person he came clean to about his past. Which sucked in a way but even Saber kind of had to hear it as a side to Shirou in canon. So, you know, there's a small place in his heart where he obviously respects and trusts Natalia. Which is why he gives her so much shit. The more shit he gives someone, the more he cares. Otherwise, he'd just ignore them!! So take that to heart.
Other way, she's bossy, fussy, and all those other things. Which is funny because Archer secretly likes that stuff. He won't admit it but that's why he tends to be around people like that. He's better off doing things for other people since he doesn't like to do things for himself and bossy people make that easier to accomplish.
On the other hand, she has a bleeding heart. That, Archer does not like. Mostly because it can lead to stupid actions done on impulse. Which is the path to stupid heroism. He'd rather not see Natalia down that path so he often urges level headedness and will probably still be a jerk about it!!

That thing being he has to be honest with her. He doesn't really have any other option! For Archer, that's uh.....unheard of. And it's pretty new to him too considering he's always been a person of half-truths and silence. So while he's getting used to dealing with being honest, he's sort of touching on his inner Shirou at the same time, which is terrible. But it also is a way for people to wriggle into his good graces, no matter what type of person they are.
I say it in every other thread but the level of shit he gives someone pretty much shows how much he cares. Namely, the more he picks on a person, the more he likes a person. So Athena stamping in anger in his general direction is a complete success on his part. She'll probably figure that out one day but until then, he's happy hiding his semi-friendship feelings over here.

(thats a dumb joke)
UM.
Wow. HAHA Trying to separate musebox FEELINGS from in game FEELINGS.
Basically, Ai is the kind of girl he'd like back in his Shirou days. Now, though, she's an incredible pushover who he thinks lacks a bit of a grip on realism. It's annoying because he could see her being a lot better. Which is why is picks on her and taunts her. Because the things he says are actually useful advice and stuff. He just says it in a way that makes it harmful on the pride to do what he says.
Terrible. But the day she ends up reading his mind or something is the day he either decides to trust her or get mad at her. DEPENDS ON HOW CLOSE THEY ARE AT THAT POINT?

Ryuko is pretty much what Archer would have been at her age if he had summoned anyone other than Saber in his younger days. Rather than the noble hero, he would have been the hard fighting underdog. And believe me, he definitely sees that. The wanting to help people she doesn't even know kind of rankles on him pretty hard but he really enjoys setting her off just so he could see how he'd react in the same position if he had that personality.
Still, no matter how aggressive or angry she gets with him, he'll probably not get mad at her. Even with unprovoked attacks!!!!! It's just one of those casual things where he doubt's he'll ever actually dislike Ryuko unless she, for some reason, decides to seriously hurt Rin? Minorly hurting her is okay though Rin might order him to beat her up and not much he can do there.
BUT YEAH. He's pretty cool with Ryuko. Which is why he treats her so harshly.

HAHA, maybe in the future, he will make fun of Lee but the Shirou is his son thing. Too far, too far!!!!!!! Though he'll always think Lee looks dumb and acts dumb.
....it's hard to tl;dr hate.

On the other hand, he did used to love Saber. Certainly, that feeling doesn't exist anymore but that doesn't mean Archer doesn't remember. He enters into a cycle of self-hatred everytime he is reminded of those days of Holy Grail warring with Saber.
So, in the end, he just tries to play it cool. Not so well, since he's intent on legitimately trying to find a way to hurt Saber without it being obvious or even permanent. He just wants a bit of revenge for her involvement in his life. But being exposed to her everyday pretty much means he's trying to treat her normally but ignoring her calls for honor and heroism. It's a lot easier with jerkass Rin around, thankfully.

Guess I'll start with whitehairbuttface.
And not that she knows it but yet another thing Archer has ~feelings~ about. Mainly having to abandon Illya to go be a super hero. He feels like he missed out on being a big brother and gosh, does Mary look a lot like her. It certainly can't be denied that there's a resemblance and Archer feels some tugs at his barely existent heartstrings. Or just regret. He's got a lot of that.
Either way, he knows he's just indulging his own inner desires when he helps out Mary but its really one of the few times he does it so he figures it's not going to hurt anyone in the long run. And probably make Mary feel better in the shortrun, maybe. If he could stop being something of a jerk to her. If there ever came a day when she figures out he's actively doing things specifically for her or why, he'll probably stop instantly. Mostly in shame. And in more regret. archer.jpg
now beebuttface
Which btw, he'd laugh internally if he found out Yang said he was good looking but had a shitty attitude. And give her even more trash talk. He doesn't need anyone looking at him differently in any way!!
Still, she's incredibly annoying but she's also incredibly social. He kind of wishes Rin would be more social, which is why he wanted to push her to attend the party. Yeah, mostly in hopes that a little bit would rub off onto her or Yang could sneak her way into Rin's friendship circle somehow. He doesn't know how that went and he doesn't have high hopes but, hey. Yang is the type to ignore long odds so Archer is going to at least know he didn't pick the wrong person for that job.

I mean, Rider well...she IS evil. I don't think under any circumstance will Archer ever be okay with her. Tolerating her presence is probably the best he can do but that's solely so Sakura doesn't make angry faces at him. It's just the nature of who she is. No matter how she acts, that's how it's going to be. fate.jpg

I mean why Kaye why.
Seriously, Archer has such mixed feelings about Sakura. His inner Shirou likes Sakura and thinks she's a great person and is the precious kohai that needs to be protected and all that gross, pukey junk. Unfortunately, the Counter Guardian bits pretty much want her dead since she's an enemy of humanity. Who knows when she might burst into a shadowy goop intent on murdering life as we know it.
So, he mostly wants to keep away from her. He doesn't like these inner battles of regret because he deals with it already with Shirou!!
God forbid the day she accidentally calls him senpai I still don't know how he'd react.

I mean, he wants to think Edgey is smart? But the moment he said Shirou wasn't dumb, all credibility went out the window. Thinking positive things about Shirou is the quick path to Archer discarding your opinion!! Unless you're Rin or Sakura, I guess. But YEAH. SORRY MR. MILES

Archer has some intense feelings about Rin rn. She's not HIS Rin but on hte other hand, they clicked almost instantly and Archer is kind of happy about that. However, he's not happy about the way she acts about certain things and maybe sometimes he wants his ass patted. But he doesn't hold any grudge about that. He's really like Rin to make some friends instead of pretending she doesn't need them.
On the other end, Archer is finding himself attracted to her. An older, far more exotic Rin whose world view lines up with his own decently well? His jimmies are pretty rustled but he doesn't want to let on that he feels like that. There are hints here and there, like when he'll follow ridiculously requests given to him by Rin or randomly spoil her out of nowhere.
In short, at some point, he'd be happy to indulge himself on those feelings considering their circumstances (AKA: he's given the chance to because he won't get dragged off to save humanity again) but he'd rather Rin take the first step. Because he's a doormat like that.
