While it's very true Oona and Shirasu don't have a lot of interaction time, Shirasu feels pretty favorably toward her. She's very unusual, so at first novelty made her interesting and he got the impression she's pretty fierce, which he approved of. The idea that Oona doesn't really understand people probably speaks to him, deep down, because of his own inability to process emotions normally. But she seems easier to understand because aside from her tendency to sulk when he's nice to her, she is pretty straightforward.
Shirasu likes she is fond of Tenka, and is bemusedly flattered by her thinking he's pretty. Because she doesn't really make anything of it, and that's unusual? He doesn't have any ill intentions toward her, though if she were to be determined to be an obstacle to something Shirasu wanted to do, he'd cast her aside without regard to his personal feelings. But, then, that's not unique to Oona.
