She's not much of a cleaner and she can't cook, but Rose here is still a p good baby sitter otherwise and has been known to splurge on friends, especially when it comes to taking them out for food. So even if he's broke he could probably mooch off her for food as buddies. (which doesn't take long with her really.)

He seems like an a+ character and I'd really love some cr with him! Rose can be pretty mature for her age, so life talks and the like could easily happen despite them not being around the same age really, but I'm up for anything really!

Rose here is new and always needs friends, but you really had me at "stupid shit", "bad puns" and "tsun". Rose goes well with all three of these items, so I think they could make some pretty good friends (once he's past awkward lady problems maybe??)
