I've been meaning to have her talk to him about that time he melted Jaune's insides but then real life kind of got in the way?? Either way, I'd love for them to meet and talk. (Also all that boisterousness might be fun played off of Shiho's stoicness?)

It's okay she definitely doesn't blame him! (Because if she ever killed anyone with her powers accidentally........she doesn't even want to imagine that so. Yeah. No blaming Adrien allowed while she is here.)

I think a random (but actually completely not random and planned) meet-up might be more her style, if that's okay with you? Since she doesn't want people to know she's a psychometer and just straight up contacting him seems out of place for her. You can never be too careful, as far as she's concerned. So she might just oh-so-accidentally meet him on the street somewhere.
