WELL, probably not, but that doesn't mean bullet vs sword wouldn't be fun! i have zer0 set from after bl2, and they would not be happy to see someone looking like handsome jack around. i'd be down to do it as a wildcard option on my open log or start a new log altogether!

they could start things in a public arena because that'd make zer0 less likely to immediately try and murder him! maybe if doppelganger jack was at work or trying to get work somewhere, and zer0 wouldn't be able to kill him without witnesses..? WE'LL GET THIS TO WORK SOMEHOW.
