I am so hideously late, I'm so sorry. I NEED TO THREAD WITH YOUR TOGAMI AGAIN BECAUSE HE'S WONDERFUL.

Surprisingly both of the impressions from my characters are very similar. He's prickly and kind of annoying and kind of a jerk, but workable. Hiro thinks he could be a good asset in this place since he recognizes Togami's intelligence and actually feels that if they talked more they could make some progress if the guy wanted to. Or they'd butt heads, it's hard to say. But he's interested in how he ticks more than anything and he wants to see just how he fits into Cerealia.

Rise just thinks he's kind of really rude but she also now knows about the killing game thanks to Leon so that...drastically changes her opinion. She still thinks he's hard to get along with and she still thinks he's kinda arrogant based on first impressions but she'd absolutely let up a little if they spoke in the near future because of what she now knows. Also Leon brings him up sometimes and it makes her all the more curious so she'll probably find a way to pop in on him sooner or later just to see what the fuss is about.
