Veronica has nothing but good things to say about Flynn. She likes that in a pinch his first thought (like hers) is to protect other people, and to keep everyone safe. Though she'd like it if he also worried more about himself, honestly.... She knows him as that guy with two jobs and whom she taught to make flower crowns. Ultimately though, she thinks of him as kind and courteous and reliable.

....actually he's a bit like Bart....who is also kind and courteous and reliable, a squire training to be a knight. If she were someone who compared people with each other instead of seeing them all as basically separate beings, she'd probably ask him if he was also a squire or a knight or something. He's also someone that she's sure would answer her questions, regardless of how weird they are, and she'd like it if he could rely on her as well.
