Naminé is the sort of person who has some (perhaps understandable) difficulty getting used to and trusting strangers. However, because of the situation in which she found herself when they met, Hiro's been able to bypass a lot of her usual initial trepidation by helping her right off the bat. That's the sort of thing that she takes to be both an indication of good character on his part and something that she ought to repay him for, should she ever get the chance. His claim of being a hero can really only add to that, because there appears to be enough evidence to support it that she's inclined to take him at his word. Although she doesn't really think of herself as a 'good guy,' so to speak, he comes across as one and it certainly helps his case in the trustworthiness department.

There are a few peculiarities to the way that Naminé subconsciously perceives people she's recently met that also happen to work in Hiro's favor. The easiest way to explain it would be with some statistics: of the people she met in her life before coming to Cerealia, the vast majority of them had an intentionally negative impact on her. Of the people who actively sought to cause her harm, 100% were adults. The rest, who either were kindly or neutral toward her, were predominantly male teenagers approximately Hiro's age and probably of comparable size.

Basically what I mean is this; Hiro is exactly the type of person - demographically - that she (without being aware of it) is used to. This means that psychologically she was already predisposed to being comfortable around him. This holds all the more true because personality-wise he actually doesn't remind her of any of the other boys she knows, ensuring that he's not likely to trigger any unpleasant memories while still taking advantage of her instinctively positive reaction to people with a similar presence.

Ignoring all that psychology folderol, the long and short of it is that Hiro made a good impression early with the whole 'making sure she didn't fall out of a tree and break her neck' thing, then followed it up by being someone she genuinely finds it enjoyable (and more importantly easy) to talk to, as well as a helpful source of information. She likes Hiro quite a lot so far and thinks he seems intelligent and fun. More impressively, she felt comfortable enough interacting with him that, at least with a little nudge from her natural inclination to try to make him feel better when she saw he looked down, she was able to experiment with the type of humor and conversational back and forth that she'd previously really only seen in other peoples' memories and never put into practice herself. Since that turned out pretty well, it also had the side-effect of boosting her confidence, which is another thing that was nice for her about talking to him.

TL;DR : Hiro's alright in her book and she would very much like for them to be friends, even if she doesn't know quite how to go about it.

BONUS BAYMAX:

Naminé thinks Baymax is super rad. Mostly that's because of that same saving her thing and they didn't really interact much, but still. Big awesome robot who helps people, what's not to like? (And he totally spotted her when she was hiding, respect points for that even if she's not sure how he works.) She has quite the soft spot for anyone who tries to look after others, so A+ robot, would receive assistance from again.
