Eiji really takes "introductions at swordpoint" too well. Like it was only a slight misunderstanding, only some attempted homicide, nothing big.

Now that he knows his story a little better, he can understand, and he feels bad for being a little judgmental toward him during that fight. After all, he knows how much it broke him to see a kid die, so he can understand Jinga falling because of his son being killed.He doesn't exactly condone Jinga's actions, and if it ever came to it, he would fight him to protect others, but he does understand him.
