Shiho isn't able to take him very seriously, unfortunately. (Then again, she's been offering him maid outfits and who would think she was taking him seriously if she does stuff like that...)

She thinks of him as being exactly like the boys she'd known back home. The kind that she amuses herself with by befriending and then subsequently taking advantage of... That doesn't mean she won't still help him if he needs it (because she's nicer than she lets on really) but she'll make him pay for it. Or at least buy her pizza for it.
