OKAY i'm ngl he thinks mabel is pretty weird, but then he isn't really sure if all little girls at just weirdos in general because he's never really hung around too many of those. so she gets a pass there as he just chucks it up to gender + age. and then he feels uncomfortable because holy hell how does one interact with children.

anyway, his awkwardness aside: her personality is cute! she's nice enough when he's not being implored to apologize to her pig, which he can appreciate. he also thinks her ambition is impressive and really does hope for all the best there... that ambitiousness reminds him of himself, just a little bit, so that's something. can definitely admire her positivity!

okay first, first impressions: small, terribly misplaced girl. also blond hair + blue eyes, possibly european?! tbd.

on a less superficial level, though, he thinks she's a little... socially unpracticed... but then he isn't sure how much of that is in regards to him being a stranger, so it's not a thought that's set in stone. but, for example, he's still fairly sure that flirting with her even if he did get to know her would be a terrible idea. definitely someone that's reserved; she's quiet, but he knows that she's observing all the while. she's perceptive.
