yet!Koumei is rather fond, if somewhat worried about Takeru. The boy clearly has the heart and the will to try to be something more grown up than he should be, and Koumei is well aware of the trials of what happens when a person grows up too fast. It's a delicate balance between fostering Takeru's will and trying to get the boy to take his time.
It's a tricky balance.
Felicia, on the other hand, totally adores Mabel. While she understands very little of Mabel's more modern linguistic turns, she likes the girl's spirit and likes having her around as a potential friend.
