Leon is one of his best friends and the best bro to ever bro. William enjoys his company and feels comfortable around him in a way that he seldom does around most people. This is especially extradordinary because of how very, very different they are.

But they had also shared a lot of secrets by now, both intentionally and by complete accident, so they've become close in a way that William is with few other people. He trusts him almost completely at this point, despite occasional bouts of Williamness getting in the way, because openness isn't a skill he can just develop over night.

He does worry a little more about Leon than other people, mainly because he's afraid of what will happen to Leon if he leaves. But he also feels like super serious talking about that might cause more worry than not.

But yeah Leon is a great friend to him.

Kaz and William!

Soulmates! Kaz gets the whole reincarnation thing, even though William's other personality is ultimately far more benign and life ruining. They have similar experiences with demons, though William's more open minded about the whole thing, due to the different natures of their universe.

These two are very different from each other in temperament, but I think they compliment each other very well, William's stern logic vs Kaz's kazness. I do think that if he ever experienced that yandere side in full, that could result in a serious argument, but William also gets that sort of thing more than other people due to inspiring that in people back home. Really dude what is your life?

He still feels guilty about the whole "I'm not gay for you" outburst and is glad that Kaz didn't take it remiss, since he really should have, regardless of his interest or lack of. I do think if William finds out about the little arrangement between him and Angelo and the why of it, he's gonna be exasperated. Because seriously.

But he adores Kaz as a friend and despite what William says, the guy can come mooch off him any time.

William sees Angelo as a sleazy, womanizing scam artist. Who he still hangs around, despite rolling his eyes at half his attitude.

He really appreciates Angelo's ambition a lot, as that is something William also possesses. They have different motives behind their dreams, but it's hardly something William minds much. He's really enjoying being along for the ride on Lady Luck as well, even if he disagrees with Angelo half the time on how to run it.

They are also very similar in someways in regards to their pasts and thanks to the mirror shared more secrets than either of them really wanted to, so that creates a sort of weird feeling of comaraderie on William's part.

I think if he finds out about the arrangement with Kaz, William is going to side eye a bit.

Togami seems like an interesting guy, despite occasionally rubbing William the wrong way. He kind of understands the whole rich kid thing, even though it's taken to such a batshit extreme with Togami. William like brushes off a lot of bad behavior when he thinks someone is an intellectual and social equal/superior, which is what he sees Togami as. But over all he's made a good impression, certain bad traits aside.

But yes, they need to talk again.
