OKAY BUT FOR SERIOUS HE GENUINELY LIKES RAVEN. First impression was 'hey this old guy could totally be a drinking buddy' but now upon seeing his bow he's like... 'I WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS OLD MAN I BET HE HAS A STORY.'

He jokes with Raven but honestly, he's already falling into that 'respect your elders' stance with him. Because he gets that vibe that Raven knows a lot he just acts like a gigantic goof. Raven is already sort of helping Darin to come into his own. Where I pulled him from in his story, he hasn't consciously made a decision about wanting to be the antithesis to his brother. Right now he's waffling between wanting to help out as much as he can from behind the scenes and actively taking part in the front lines, so to speak.

I'd love for Darin to go on adventures with Raven so that he can open up more to him. He's probably one of the only people that he counts as a 'friend' here so far.

He finds Merlin INCREDIBLY interesting. The fact that everything Merlin seems to know about magic totally differs from everything he's come to know really intrigues him. He actually want to pick Merlin's brain more because he wants to be able to make weapons and armor for mages and he feels Merlin's expertise would be something he'd want to leverage.

Plus, there's the fact that he's so dodgy, which makes Darin want to get to know him more.

Oh gosh, Darin always acts like the big brother type so he's already taken a liking to Takeru. I find it funny that Takeru keeps asking questions that Darin can't really explain because he doesn't want to let on to the fact that he's not entirely human. But he likes Takeru's inquisitive nature all the same!

Also, I had no idea you played Mabel and now I need to throw Darin at her too.
