basically the vice-commander of his group is in cereal and he's an old man grandpa who Hates Fun so CLEARLY...... clearly he's gotta have a bday party

oh perfect since gau also hates fun, except that he would aggressively throw a really fun party because normal people tend to like fun?? FUN FOR EVERYONE
