Job: Thistle Do Nicely, which is a flower shop! (I need to update the info post, yikes). Always looking for more staff because awww yisssss. She also does CYBuddy grooming occasionally! Usually contract for this one.
Personality: At first glance, she looks like a shy and humble country that doesn't smile a lot, one that can still hold a conversation. She's determined and tough, which helps get her through many situations. Reliable with a bunch of useful (homely) skills, Vietnam makes a pretty good big sister.
Current Activities: Working! She's also an active participant of ViViD, normally, if there's no Crazy Shenanigans (which is also how she ends up in crazy shenanigans).

Chibi actually needs to meet Vietnam at some point, esp. now that he knows she's from England's world - cultural festival?? (he's probably way frequent at the flower shop, too, so I would be ok with handwaving her having seen him around!)

Mei's been meaning to find Vietnam and thank her for holding that cultural fest a few months back. That was during his first week on the Colony, and it was a refreshing taste of something close to Home that he'd like to properly express gratitude for.
