The library is a good starting point since interesting things have happened there, but if not there's always the upcoming event!

I'm good with either of these options, so whatever seems like the most fun is A+ In the event he'll probably get in trouble, or in the library there can be super important discussions about books.

Armin will want to investigate those books anyway if he finds out about the event that happened last November, so that could be a better start.
