they are getting off on an awful start already and i love it. i'm not sure sougo matches what you're looking for but he is a huge, closed off asshole with difficulty trusting others and so he needs a friendly person like rapunzel in his life.

rapunzel's so bright, sunny and good that he'll probably end up being very protective of her in the future. he'll never admit it or show it though ....
