brb now laughing at the idea of 'self defense' if Rapunzel asked Usagi for some help and she's all 'I know someone! brb henshin times' for lessons with Sailor Moon or something. She's not as accomplished physically, but she could prob still help.

You mean Ikkuko or Queen Serenity? Because yeah Tsukino fam and hair colour is weird. But then. How the heck Chibi-Usa has pink hair from Usagi's initial blonde/later silver and Mamoru's dark hair is also a Thing nobody knows. Because Naoko liked it colour wise I guess.

At least Rapunzel's hair makes sense with it naturally being brown aside from magical flower influence.

Oh no I meant like. How they both live with families who aren't their "real" families and both their "mothers" have dark curly hair compared to Usagi/Rapunzel who have long blonde hair. WHICH IS WAY MORE ABSTRACT THAN WHAT YOU WERE SAYING HAHA

Ah, but that is also true, yes. I still wonder on Shingo too for that matter, with his blonde as well. But. We may never know, with either of them or Chibi-Usa.

Takeuchi obviously just liked that colour scheme or something and wasn't really thinking of genetics I guess.
