Job: He works at the Research Tower taking care of and studying mineral samples! It's his dream job, I swear.
Personality: Depending on what you talk to him about, Steven is either alluring, gentlemanly and polite, or a complete and total nerd. He's the strongest trainer in the Hoenn region, but his real interests lie in caving and collecting rare stones - he usually had a calm, serious demeanour, but that can easily melt away once you get him talking about his passions, which also include Steel-type Pokémon. He's fiercely devoted to his team, and treats them all like the close partners they are.
Current Activities: Lately, he's going on periodic expeditions beyond the colony walls to mine the jungle's natural caves for the alien minerals that are there. But when he's not risking his hide doing that, he's training with his Pokémon and exploring the colony while staying vigilant about all of CERES' bullshit.
Seeking: Easymode answer is EVERYTHING, but specifically I'd like him to have more friends and mentees! I'd like to fix the fact that his friend circle is a little small, but I'd also like to explore him being a role model and (trying) to be a sort of hero. Plus, he has cute and cool Pokémon! Everyone likes cute and cool monsters. Be his pal.

omg though!!! i love bh6 and tadashi, so i would most definitely be down them meeting and chilling. steven has a beldum and metagross that are canonically robot-like pokemon, so he might be interested in that as well!

actually what i'm saying is can these two please meet already!! i especially love the idea of outside-the-colony exploration oh my gosh i'd love to do research-y road trips into the rainforest a la avatar or something.

they can definitely meet! and going outside the colony can work, especially since steven can stay outside longer because he has air as his element. he's got protection in spades with his pokemon, so they'll be (relatively) safe!
