[Souji would like to think that, out of uniform, her identity is pretty well-hidden. The whole 'isn't Okita Souji a man?' thing really helps. So it's really shocking for someone to figure out her identity this quickly. The only real item on her person right now that could connect back to her identity is her sword, and you'd have to be a giant nerd to be able to recognize Kiyomitsu offhand, right?
But either way Holy Grail Wars rules are Holy Grail War rules, even if it doesn't seem like there's a Holy Grail War going on; identities are supposed to be hidden and if they're revealed, revealed dramatically! That's how stories work.]
