[Kerra, sensing that wariness, straightens up and chokes back a bark of laughter. She hops up onto a large metal plate, clambering out of the morass of trash she's currently stuck in and scowling down at it for a moment. Her gaze turns back to Luke, hazel eyes intent, softening from something surprised and angry into something more resigned, genial, and even concerned.

Of course he wouldn't remember her. Verdana was weird, and after everything she'd heard from Janson, she was looking at the real deal. That crap about Mayfield had really hurt her head, but she definitely got that. And that lack of recognition meant that maybe swinging around a pair of lightsabers probably wasn't the brightest decision. Especially not if he was in the same situation she was in. So, the twin blades wink out but remain in hand.]

It's...a long story. I'll tell it to you, as soon as we're free of this incinerator. For now though, I'm Kerra. And I'm a Jedi, like you.

[Breathing out, she releases her hold on her Force signature, the complex trick she'd learned to mask it simply coming undone. If he's looking he'll see that much, a presence that's walked through fire and come out alive more than once, open and honest, and as stubborn as an old tree-root.]
