William's okay in Minato's book! They might not have met in the best of times but he likes that William is relatively stable and unlikely to explode the way some of his friends do, and now that he's heard of Caim he's definitely going to look more into it especially as Kevin spluttered so much about Minato's own powers the first time they met.

He also sympathizes with William, it's hard having stalkers in your life. ):
