He on the whole likes Kaz in spite of more than a few rough turns, and of all the SEES members Kaz sort of reminds him of Junpei in how he could be a very loyal friend, but his insecurities with himself could become quite terrible- Likewise Minny's seen Kaz's reaction during the ghost event and he's concerned that Kaz's denial could someday be turned against him.
Minato's not sure what to make of the stalking though. He might be used to it thanks to Aigis, but again he's very concerned that Kaz has a lot of traumatic issues that have been less unresolved (It's no coincidence that he has the same concern with Hyoubu, considering how close the two are), and honestly he'd rather do silly things like impromptu eating contests before getting serious as it's quite a mine field he's treading on.
