Honestly, Ema thinks Klavier is alright. He's not done anything that actively makes her angry, she just has this inexplicable sense that she doesn't care for him in the future. He doesn't seem like a prosecutor, because look at the two most important prosecutors in her life? Her sister, who was something of a sharp, dedicated, stoic...and Edgeworth, who is all that too. Klavier isn't the same kind of person, so she won't ever really be able to see him with the same level of respect that she places on "Prosecutors."
However? She can tell he has a genuinely good heart, and he's a good man. A little shallow in the ways she finds important, but a good heart. And she likes that. It's also apparent that he does care about her, and that means something too. She's a little befuddled by that, but she at least reciprocates and hopes he's okay.
