TL;DR RELATIONSHIP❤MEME ① List all the characters you play. ② People reply with CR they truly, madly, deeply want to know about. ③ Tl;dr on character relationships. First impressions count too! ④ ??? ⑤ Harvest all that tl;dr!
Otome on Hiro: Easiest first! Otome's acknowledged Hiro as young, but also very capable, which means a few things. It means she'll touch base with him on some of the more health-related or demonic-related issues that may or may not crop up within the colony, but because he's young, she's also going to keep watch over him to make sure he isn't pushing himself too hard and that he's got a solid base of support. He's a very smart kid, so she won't treat him like he doesn't have a right to know things, but all the same, she is concerned that he's not taking proper care of himself because that's just how she is.
Yang on Hiro: FUTURE BRO-IN-LAW... well, even without his super obvious crush on Ruby, Yang's always liked him. He's got just enough hopelessness to trigger her big sister instincts, especially with what she knows about Tadashi and the way Hiro reacted to his (second) death. He seems to have grown and accepted more support in the way of her sister and with Yang training him personally, she definitely feels better about letting him make some dangerous decisions, but she will always have his back. She also respects him for wanting to get stronger, and she was concerned at first when he said he wasn't good enough for Ruby, but it looks like he's reached a better state of mind, and she's okay with things if they actually started dating. There still seems to be a lot about him that she doesn't know, but Yang isn't one to harass people for backstories, and whenever Hiro needs an older sibling to talk to who isn't his brother, she'll be there. And also tease him a lot more, it's just sibling privilege.
Mary on Hiro: Hiro has always made it easy for Mary to relax around him, because a.) he's around her age (technically) and b.) he's never been formal with her or any kind of demanding, so it was pretty much natural for her to start dropping her guard from the beginning. But at the same time, because he seemed like such a normal kid, with the additional problem of-- well, he was just super heroic and trying to protect people from the flood and whatnot, she was afraid to tell him the truth about what she was. Honestly, it was actually easier to talk to him about losing her mother than it was to bring up her medusa heritage, because the closer she grew to him, the more she knew it'd hurt if she told him the truth and he truly considered her a monster.
Because Hiro really is one of her best friends, but when she learned he was buddies with a monster-hunter, Mary's been regarding their interactions with a thin layer of guilt and fear, because of course they're close and she hated keeping things from him, but she never really knew for certain whether or not it' be a good idea-- until she accidentally outed herself and panicked.
LUCKILY, Hiro is a great person and accepted her, probably being the first to admit that it was kind of strange, but ultimately just being like Roxas a la "Mary is Mary". Because of that, Mary trusts him completely, even if he did kind of mess her up with the whole Roxas reveal. Which means he's teasing her now, which she isn't too happy with, but it also means that she has someone to sympathize with because crushing is hard. And it'll get worse when Roxas tells her about being a Nobody because that's a secret she can't discuss with him.
All the same, he's someone very important to her, who understands that she's still scared of the world but is also actively trying to introduce her into being a little braver with the more wondrous things the world contains-- and Mary realizes it and appreciates it, doing her best to be just a little braver. Because Hiro deserves her effort as much as she does.
