Rinne has a good impression of Rei! She's a lot more serious and straight-laced than the other shrine maiden he knows back home (she's not actively trying to beat up his acquaintances) and he's curious as to what else she knows about the spirits in Cerealia.

Also, he has a slight admiration for Sailor Mars now, so that's cool too.
